Product Review
All products must be inspected and approved by the customer before leaving the store. Once a purchase
leaves our location, it is considered accepted in the condition described.
For online orders and deliveries, the customer must verify the product upon receipt.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or payment reversals once a transaction is completed.
This applies to fresh flowers, plants, floral arrangements, and all other products.
Perishable Products
Due to the nature of fresh flowers and plants, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our care.
Exceptions
If you receive a product that does not match your order due to an error on our part, please contact us
within 24 hours at hello@shopmarari.com and we will make it right.
Special Orders & Events
Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in
advance. Late cancellations are not eligible for refund.

Revisión de Productos
Todo producto debe ser revisado y aprobado por el cliente antes de salir de la tienda. Una vez la compra
abandona nuestro local, se entiende aceptada en las condiciones descritas.
Para órdenes en línea o entregas, el cliente debe verificar el producto al momento de recibirlo.
No Reembolsos
Todas las ventas son finales. No se realizan reembolsos ni reversiones de pago una vez completada la
transacción. Aplica a flores frescas, plantas, arreglos florales y todos los demás productos.
Productos PerecederosPor la naturaleza de las flores frescas y plantas, no aceptamos devoluciones una vez el producto ha salido
de nuestro cuidado.
Excepciones
Si recibes un producto que no corresponde a tu orden por error nuestro, contáctanos dentro de las 24
horas a hello@shopmarari.com y lo resolveremos.
Órdenes Especiales y Eventos
Las órdenes especiales requieren un depósito inicial no reembolsable del 50%. Las cancelaciones deben hacerse con mínimo 72 horas de anticipación. Cancelaciones tardías no son elegibles para reembolso.
